1. Online Store Terms

5. Custom Products & Services

  • All heroic portraits are 100% custom-made from the photo and details you provide.
  • We strive to display colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee they will appear exactly the same on every screen.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

6. Digital Preview & Unlimited Revisions

You will receive an instant digital preview after uploading your photo. We offer unlimited free revisions during the preview stage so that the final heroic portrait perfectly honors your father.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if information is inaccurate.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because every portrait is custom-created specifically for you, all sales are final. You may cancel or request changes within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins.

9. Intellectual Property

The final artwork we create remains the intellectual property of HeroicCanvas. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Photo & Content Submissions

By submitting photos, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions. You grant us a limited license to use the photos solely to fulfill your order. We delete all original files after order completion.

11. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

13. Prohibited Uses
