We are committed to delivering your custom heroic portrait as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

1. Instant Digital Preview — Right after you upload the photo and details.
2. Unlimited Revisions — Until you are 100% satisfied.
3. Production — 2–5 business days after final approval (hand-crafted museum-quality canvas).
4. Shipping & Delivery — 3–7 business days depending on your location (US & International shipping available).

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your canvas is shipped.

Note: Shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or high order volume. We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of each heroic portrait, we have a 24-hour cancellation window.

You may cancel or make major changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because every portrait is custom-made specifically for your family, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we stand behind our work with a strong guarantee:

• If there is any error on our part (wrong design, poor print quality), we will immediately create and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
• If your canvas arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge upon receiving photos of the damage and your order number.
